Like we have mentioned in “Create Group” tutorial, users can define contacts by any label such as types of hobbies, cars, etc for the group.

The contact group will be used to filter the contact list and allows you to filter the correct group of customers you want. Regardless the contact is listed under various contact groups, and not just a single group.

The ability of adding a contact in into multiple contact groups and then filtering them accordingly, allows business owners like you to target the correct group of customers when launching your email marketing or sms marketing campaign.

Contact List is where customers and non customers are listed. The list can be categorised by contact groups.

The group can be defined at Contact > Contact Group.

Once user creates the group, the user can then assign the contacts to a group or multiple groups.

Like most online CRM systems, there will be a dashboard after a user logs into the system. And that dashboard is your CRM system homepage. But, good news is you can customise the crm dashboard according to your needs. A feature that is uncommon among other online CRM systems.
 
In iCRM, only small amount of information will appear on the dashboard as default and you may continue to add accordingly. This is definitely a plus point on increasing employee work efficiency.
