How to Send Email Using Different Mail Server

1. When you want to sent an email through CRM Malaysia, click “Send Email” (Email Setup > Send > Send Email) as shown below.

2. After clicking “Send Email”, a form will appear. You need to fill in some details about send e-mail. First of all, you need to select type of the mail server.

3. Continue by filling in the details such as Subject/Campaign, Time, Template and recipient email (Send To).
To send out the email immediately, you may set the time to 00:00. Otherwise, you may set the time accordingly.

4. You can select the email templates base on your needs.
We also provide different types of Malaysia festive theme email templates. You can start to create or modify the content of the email template. After you have customised the template, click “Send Mail” to send email to your recipient.

5. A message will pop up and notify you that your email is scheduled and being processed. Click “OK” to dismiss the message.
