After you have added SMTP accounts successfully, you can send email through those different mail servers. You are free to use either ways to send out your emails.
The tutorial below will show you how to send email using different mail servers.
1. When you want to sent an email through CRM Malaysia, click “Send Email” (Email Setup > Send > Send Email) as shown below.

2. After clicking “Send Email”, a form will appear. You need to fill in some details about send e-mail. First of all, you need to select type of the mail server.
Reminder: If you use CRM Malaysia’s mail server (alienmailer.com) to send email, your email credits will be deducted. Meanwhile, if you use your own SMTP account to send mail, it’s free.

3. Continue by filling in the details such as Subject/Campaign, Time, Template and recipient email (Send To).
To send out the email immediately, you may set the time to 00:00. Otherwise, you may set the time accordingly.

4. You can select the email templates base on your needs.
We also provide different types of Malaysia festive theme email templates. You can start to create or modify the content of the email template. After you have customised the template, click “Send Mail” to send email to your recipient.

5. A message will pop up and notify you that your email is scheduled and being processed. Click “OK” to dismiss the message.

6. For every email that is successfully sent out by AlienMailer, 1 email credit will be deducted from your account.

7. If you use other mail servers to send your emails, for example yourcompany.com or gmail.com, the system will not deduct your email credits for every email successfully sent out.
