How to Create a New Mailing List

If you often send emails to the same group of customers, e.g. VIPs or product evangelists, CRM Malaysia has provided another useful function which enables you to insert a group of your customer contacts from any categories into a mailing list. By doing this, you would be able to send bulk emails easily to a number of customers at the same time. Thus, in this tutorial, we would like to demonstrate to you, how to create a mailing list.

1. Go to Email > Mailing List > New Mailing List.

2. In this page, you would have to fill in the necessary information in List Name and Description. Click on “Add” button when all the necessary information have been filled. The List Name and Description is a required fields.

You may attach a contact group or manually attach individual emails to this mailing list.

3. After creating your mailing list, you will be returned to the page with the new mailing list listed and you may choose to edit the mailing list as you deem fit.

You can also view your mailing list by going to Email Setup > Mailing List > View Mailing List
