Personal Information

Our iCRM system, lets you save all you customers or employees personal information into the system. This lets you and your team have access to information needed when dealing with shared customers or following up with another team members clients. This also helps you manage your employees better. The type of personal information you can enter are:

  1. General personal information including address, name and etc.
  2. The employees’ personal information
  3. Service records for the customer
  4. Working background of an employee
  5. Family information of a customer or employee
  6. Education background and education history of an employee

For other information that requires a digital copy, you can always scan and keep it into the file upload section. The file will be stored in a Google Drive.
