The 24-hour window is calculated from the customer’s latest message. Each new customer message resets the clock. AI and agents can respond as needed while the window remains active.

Each automated AI reply uses one credit. Packs begin at RM 10 for 2,000 replies, equivalent to RM 0.005 per reply. Credits do not expire.
