How to Modify Email Reply To and Send From

What is SMTP?

Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) is an internet standard for email transmission across the internet.

1. Login to your iCRM account at http://ww2.icrm.com.my/icrm-free-registration/ and go to Email Setup > SMTP Setup.

2. Click “Edit” as shown below.

3. Once in the configuration page, you may amend the following fields:
  • SMTP From Email Address – Where email comes from
  • From Name – E.g. name of the company / email address
  • Reply To – The email where recipients reply to

    • Click “Update Configurations” to save your settings. (Shown below)
