In every company, keeping track of payment from clients is crucial in order to make profit. iCRM has a transaction history feature for you to have peace of mind while you view the full record of transactions made. Other than that, a Debtor Term feature is also included in the iCRM for you to keep an eye on clients who have not paid their dues. Therefore, you can utilize these features as reminders and also as evidence.

Transaction History

When you have received payment from your customers, you can see all your transactions made in this feature. This is useful for accounting department to follow up on all transactions and payments made. Just navigate to Contacts > Credit > Transaction History

Debtor Term

Go to Contacts > Debtor Term to Manage Debts from clients. You may set two Display Terms which are Long Term and Short Term. This is to keep track of unpaid payments until Net Due Days are up. It also as a reminder.
