How to View Service History Report (Comprehensive with Email & SMS)

CRM Malaysia’s features customer service tools to deliver great customer service, reduce operating costs and improve customer retention.

Update: We have just updated our Service History Report. More comprehensive as it is able to search your emails and SMS records as well!

Having a Service History Report creates clear vision of customer service performance and track user specific information such as appointments dates as well as related activities.

1. Login to your iCRM account at http://www.icrm.com.my/loginregister/. Go to Report > Summary.

2. Scroll down to have a view of the generated service history list.

3. You may set filters to search for the correct service records by:

  • User
  • Date
  • Test
  • Type
  • Contact Group
  • Status
  • Description

After selecting the filters accordingly, you may click “Search” to generate the service history list.

Below are some examples of you selecting different reminding method combination. The outcome will be as follow:
