How To Send A Summary Report Via Email

Not all customers are a dependable source of company income proceeds. Top level management from all functional departments especially the team which implements the company’s work plans, must be committed and involved to ensure the online CRM system adaptation is a success.

CRM Malaysia recognises the importance of management team syncing with other employees. Therefore, we have an additional feature whereby your company’s CRM system account administrators are able to assign users to receive daily Service History Report through email.

Below is a short tutorial on how to send a summary report via email.

1. Login to your iCRM account at http://www.icrm.com.my/loginregister/. Go to “Summary” (Activity > Report > Summary) at the middle of the navigation bar menu.

2. Click on “Assign Email”. A bar will be displayed as shown below.

3. Select and assign the team member who you want to send summary report. After that, click “Add”.

Click “Save” to save the selection.

4. A notification will pop up to remind user that summary will be sent to the admin at 9pm every day. Click “OK”.

5. Admin will receive the summary report via email every day.
