What is SMTP?
Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) is an internet standard for email transmission across the internet.
1. Login to your iCRM account at http://www.icrm.com.my/loginregister/ and go to Email Setup > SMTP Setup.

2. Click “Edit” as shown below.

3. Once in the configuration page, you may amend the following fields:
- SMTP From Email Address – Where email comes from
- From Name – E.g. name of the company / email address
- Reply To – The email where recipients reply to
Click “Update Configurations” to save your settings. (Shown below)
