How to Create CRM Service History Record

iCRM Malaysia is able to help your business maintain customer records and keep timely responses towards customer demands, enabling your business to retain happy clients and gain new ones.

Creating service records (CRM service history) allows you to bring your customers and prospects to the next step easily with no loss of information especially appointment description, appointment date, reminder date and service record status.

1. Login to your iCRM account at http://www.icrm.com.my/loginregister/. Go to Contacts > Contact List.

2. Scroll down until you see your list of employees. Click “Service History” as shown below.

3. At “Service Record”, you can start creating your service record by clicking “Add New”.

Insert the details (description, date, reminder and status) accordingly and click “Save”.

Please take note that you can also upload files at Service Record (Choose file at Description).

  • Date – Depending on your needs, the date (time included) can be your appointment date or the day you have to call your customers & etc.
  • Reminder – You may set the date (time included) to remind your customers by email and SMS
  • Status – Is used to add further details to your service record. Increasing search result accuracy when generating reports.
