Creating Contacts, Contact List and Contact Groups
Built-In Contact List
After you have added new contacts into the offline CRM System, it will be recorded in the built-in contact list. Click on the ‘Edit’ button to edit and update your client’s contact. Multiple filters and on demand reports are available. All reports are exportable.
Creating New Contact Group
Select the “New Group” button and name the group. You can assign groups to individual contacts via the contact list by selecting the “Assign” button.
Contact List with Grouping
Contacts can be easily grouped. You can filter, change group of current contact for easy search.
Membership Grouping
Set Contacts to membership via item purchased or manually. Runner application will prompt when expiry.
Assign Contacts
Assign the contacts to department, department members, department head. Runner application will prompt when user assigned.
Filter Contacts List by Date
Filtering the contact list by date is a great way to narrow down your target contacts.
