Service history needs to start with each customer. Once you have a customer, you can start to divide it into the applicable categories. Any sales team member who needs to call information about a specific customer can do so by referring to a specific service history. They can view the date the customer started using your company’s services or products. Their last service record, any specific details that need attention, and the last salesperson to handle the case.

Can be Assigned to Admin and Alert by Runner Application

Having an Admin assigned to the Service History will help with monitoring the actions that need to be taken regarding that particular clients’ case. This also helps with analysis past Service methods applied that may or may not have worked.
