You can create a new case by keying into the field which you think is relevant. Make sure that text for the Subject is descriptive so that it is to recognise later.
Case List
You will be able to view a list of cases for a particular time period by selecting the date start and date end.
Case by Customer
You can search the case by customer name and all the cases related to that particular customer will be retrieved from your database.
Case Assign to Admin / User
You can assign an admin to the customer order to know who is in charge of handling the task for customer.
